Terms of Service

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing assumes safe and reasonable access to the door and opener. Additional work identified on site will be quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, storm damage or unauthorised adjustment.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
